★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima. Não recomendo. Peguei um passeio para Jericoacoara, na ida até que foi bem.
Na volta foi horrível.
Totalmente desorganizados, não sabiam dos passageiros que estavam voltando, a viagem de volta foi um horror. Um motorista completamente irresponsável. Ultrapassava em lugares proibidos na estrada, reclamava toda hora, andou na contra mão, passou em sinal vermelho e o pior de tudo ficou falando ao celular enquanto dirigia na estrada. Fui para descansar e voltei mais tensa. A mulher que estava junto (acredito ser a dona) totalmente arrogante. Fora que o local que pararam na ida e na volta para café era extremamente péssimo. Pousada nova, porém sem estrutura. Café da manhã um dos piores que já tive.

Totally disorganized, they did not know about the returning passengers, the trip back was a horror. A completely irresponsible driver. He drove past forbidden places on the road, complained all the time, walked against the hand, passed a red light, and worst of all he was talking on his cell phone while driving on the road. I went to rest and came back more tense. The woman who was together (I believe to be the owner) was totally arrogant. Other than that the place we stopped on the way to and fro for coffee was extremely lousy. New hostel, but without structure. Breakfast one of the worst I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência péssima! Você compra os passeios mas na verdade está comprando apenas o translado. No ônibus, a caminho do local, os guias fazem sua cabeça pra você comprar OUTRO PASSEIO, daí, quase todo mundo, encantado com as promessas, compra. Quem não compra, não faz o passeio inicial normal q normalmente é à pé, pq o guia diz que tem pouca gente e não vai ter como ir. Te fazem parar em locais caros e com péssimos atendimentos.
Fui a Jeri primeiro. O ponto de apoio é um nojo. Cheio de moscas e banheiro horrível. Na volta, o carro quebrou e nem um pedido de desculpas a gnt ouviu, sem contar que chegamos ao ponto de apoio na volta e não tinha água para se enxaguar antes de pegar 300km de estrada! Além disso, o restaurante que pararam pra jantarmos já estava fechando, ou seja, não tinha janta!
Depois, fui ao passeio das 3 praias. O que foi bom foi só o que não dependia da empresa pra funcionar: as praias, o sol, a paisagem... de resto, ruim do msm jeito. Ônibus fedendo, restaurante super caro pra almoçar, tempo curtíssimo em Canoa Quebrada, não teve parada em ponto nenhum de Canoa... Enfim... indico muito que as pessoas paguem os passeios de buggy, jangada, barco, seja o que for, depois que já estiverem no local pq, além de sair mais barato, não vai ser estressante.
Lousy agency! You buy the tours but you are actually buying only the transfer. On the bus, on the way to the place, the guides make your head up for you to buy ANOTHER TOUR, hence, almost everyone, delighted with the promises, buys. Who does not buy, does not do the normal initial tour q is usually on foot, because the guide says that there are few people and there is no way to go. They make you stop in expensive places and with poor service.
I went to Jeri first. The point of support is disgust. Full of flies and horrible bathroom. On the way back, the car broke down and not even an apology was heard by gnt, not to mention that we arrived at the support point on the way back and had no water to rinse off before taking 300km of road! In addition, the restaurant that stopped for dinner was already closing, that is, there was no dinner!
Then, I went to the 3 beaches tour. What was good was just what did not depend on the company to operate: the beaches, the sun, the landscape ... otherwise, bad in the same way. Stinking bus, super expensive restaurant for lunch, very short time in Canoa Quebrada, there was no stop anywhere in Canoa ... Anyway ... I highly recommend that people pay for buggy, raft, boat trips, whatever, after they are already at the place cuz, besides being cheaper, it will not be stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um passeio para Jericoacoara, fomos bem , mesmo achando que poderíamos fazer paradas em lugar melhor, paramos em um lugar para tomar café , totalmente sem estrutura , não havia água no banheiro. A pousada era aceitável devido ao vlr que pagamos , na volta foi um show de horror, motorista do ônibus dirigindo de forma perigosa , ultrapassagem perigosa e muitas vezes em uma velocidade acima para um ônibus de 44 lugares, além de atender o celular enquanto dirigia, chegando ao ponto de termos q reclamar , pessoa que acompanhava a excursão falou o tempo todo com o motorista , o que eu Tb acho inadequado , me senti muito desrespeitada , não recomendou a ninguém está empresa , e Tb acho que os seus proprietários devem desconhecer tanta falta de profissionalismo .

The hostel was acceptable due to the vlr we paid, on the back was a horror show, bus driver driving dangerously, overtaking dangerous and often at a speed above for a 44 seat bus, in addition to answering the cell phone while driving, arriving at the point of having to complain, person accompanying the tour spoke with the driver all the time, which I think is inappropriate, I felt very disrespected, did not recommend to anyone is company, and Tb I think its owners should not know so much lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um passeio de um dia para Jericoacoara partindo de Fortaleza, no meio da viagem partindo quando para tomar café fomo informados pela guia turística com o nome de Gegê, que foram esquecidos 4 clientes, ficamos esperando em um ônibus durante 45 minutos, esperando o carro de apoio trazer estas pessoas, a guia turística.
O tempo previsto de chegada em Jeri era as 9:00, chegamos 12:00 e toda nossa programação foi prejudicada por um erro deles.
No retorno mais problemas, ficamos esperando um casal que se perdeu e fomos chegar as 2:00 da manhã do outro dia.
Não recomendo a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizada e descomprometida. Paguei 2 pacotes de viagens, um para Jericoacoara e outro para 3 praias em fortaleza. No passeio de jeri, atrasam mais de uma hora para me buscar no embarque, no no retorno me esqueceram no hotel, fiquei mais de 2 horas e meia aguardando, não aproveitei o último passeio e pra completar na volta o ônibus quebrou. No passeio das 3 praias a van só passou no ponto de embarque depois de 1 Hora, mas não me procurou, novamente fiquei pra trás. No de jeri pagaram meu consumo do almoço na lagoa do paraíso, como forma de desculpas, e no das 3 praias a guia solicitou que eu pegasse um táxi para encontrá-los em um outro ponto, o táxi seria por conta da empresa. Eles até tentam se redimir das cagadas que fazem, porém não recomendo esta empresa. Muito estresse e dor de cabeça.
Disorganized and uncompromised. I paid for 2 travel packages, one for Jericoacoara and the other for 3 beaches in Fortaleza. On the jeri ride, they delay more than an hour to pick me up, on the way back they forgot me at the hotel, I stayed more than 2 and a half hours waiting, I didn't take the last ride and to finish the bus broke down. On the tour of the 3 beaches, the van only passed the embarkation point after 1 hour, but did not look for me, again I stayed behind. In jeri they paid for my lunch consumption at the lagoon of paradise, as an excuse, and in the 3 beaches the guide asked me to take a taxi to meet them at another point, the taxi would be on the company. They even try to redeem themselves for their shit, but I don't recommend this company. Too much stress and headache.

1- ônibus com odor fétido;
2- taxas extras informadas apenas na condução exemplo: 5 reais por uma pulseira adesiva, que não se sabe se é obrigatório ou não a aquisição;
3- atraso no horário de retorno, agendado para 18h50min... saída às 20h;
4 - pontos de parada durante o percurso de ônibus, ruins demais;
5- nossa Guia, codinome "socorro" nos deixou sem dá uma satisfação sobre o ocorrido: atraso no horário de retorno, estando a mesma ciente de que o casal havia sido esquecido, por eles, em um dos pontos turísticos... Partindo a mesma em outro veículo que a aguardava, saindo sem pedir desculpas ou explicar o ocorrido.
Resumindo: pesquisem bem e não adquiram os pacotes ofertados por esta agência, a não ser que queiram desperdiçar dinheiro, tempo e se irritarem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma ótima experiência com o passeio contratado. Passeio: 3 praias no dia + buggy.
São pontuais: nos pegaram no hotel no horário combinado. Nosso guia o Renato, é bem animado e SINCERO (nos deu varias dicas) e conduziu bem o passeio. Além do contratado, nos levaram para conhecer a casa das rendeiras (muita renda, lembrancinhas, artesanato com um precinho bom) e uma cachaçaria artesanal onde fica uma rapa dura de toneladas.
Gostamos de tudo e aproveitamos bem o passeio.
Não avalio com 5 estrelas porque: 1º O buggy que nós estávamos vazou a gasolina (problema resolvido rapidamente pelo super simpático motorista). 2º Ao chegar nas falésias, tem uma guia de turismo que leva pra um passeio a pé - a mesma cobra 'caixinha' já estipulada o valor (R$ a partir de 8,00 por pessoa) e ficou visivelmente frustada pela falta de interesse de algumas pessoas no passeio, e isso é um pouco desconfortante.
De resto, não me arrependo e faria novamente!

I had a great experience with the hired tour. Ride: 3 beaches in the day + buggy.
They are punctual: they picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time. Our guide Renato, is very excited and SINCERO (gave us several tips) and conducted the tour well. Besides the contracted, they took us to know the house of the rendeiras (a lot of income, souvenirs, crafts with a good precinho) and a craft cachaçaria where is a hard rapa of tons.
We enjoyed everything and enjoyed the tour well.
I do not rate it with 5 stars because: 1st The buggy we were leaking gasoline (problem solved quickly by super friendly driver). 2º Upon reaching the cliffs, you have a tour guide that takes you for a walk - the same snake 'box' already stipulated the value (R $ from 8.00 per person) and was visibly frustrated by the lack of interest of some people on the tour, and this is a bit uncomfortable.
Otherwise, I do not regret it and would do it again!

They are liars and will steal anything they can off you. Their tours are TERRIBLE. They only take you to places wich they get commission.. even though those places are bad.
We tried to complain but they hung up on us. They don't care about their customers at all... just about making money. BEWARE
