Fechei contrato com outras 40 pessoas para pacote de Festa 50% + fotos + aula da saudade + Baile de Formatura.
Passamos 4 meses tentando contato com a casa para fazer a festa de 50%, e toda vez davam prazos e não cumpriam. Fomos extremamente desrespeitados e destratados por alguns funcionários do setor financeiro. Temos diversas conversas de whatsapp e gravações que comprovam.
Nossa festa de 50% que deveria ocorrer no 4 período, veio ocorrer quase no final do 5 período. Isso porque pedimos auxilio da nossa professora de direito.
Estamos no final do 7 período, e mais nenhum evento aconteceu. A casa usa de justificativa a pandemia, mas vive fazendo eventos para atrair novos cliente. Inclusive no mês de Maio/2021 teve degustação, e agora em Junho/2021 evento para casais.
Porem nem a reunião pra decidir como vai ser as fotos, a casa faz.
Entre diversas outras coisas que não caberia aqui.
Tudo que posso dizer é NÃO CONTRATEM O SERVIÇO!!!!
If I had how, I would give 0 stars.
I signed a contract with 40 other people for a 50% party package + photos + a class of saudade + a graduation ball.
We spent 4 months trying to get in touch with the house to make the 50% party, and every time they gave deadlines and didn't comply. We were extremely disrespected and treated by some employees in the financial sector. We have several whatsapp conversations and recordings that prove it.
Our 50% party, which should have taken place in the 4th period, came towards the end of the 5th period. That's because we asked for help from our law teacher.
We are at the end of the 7th period, and no more events have happened. The house uses the pandemic as a justification, but is constantly holding events to attract new customers. Even in the month of May/2021 there was a tasting, and now in June/2021 an event for couples.
But not even the meeting to decide how the photos will be, the house does.
Among several other things that would not fit here.
All I can say is DO NOT CONTRACT THE SERVICE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É Claudiane vcs não foram os únicos a não terem um bom atendimento PÓS VENDA pelo Financeiro. Parte da nossa turma fechou com a Styllus, Fotos+Aula da Saudade, solicitamos ao Financeiro, Laura e Katarina, o valor do pct de Fotos, pois alguns alunos estão querendo adquirir. Fomos pessoalmente na casa, muito bem recepcionados pelo Diretor Kleber, não podendo falar o mesmo do Financeiro (Laura e Katarina), que tivemos uma reunião para obtemos o valor apenas do pct de Fotos, as mesmas não demostraram interesse da venda apenas de um pct. Informaram que enviariam para comissão com 01 semana, após 02 semanas, Laura inf que só era possivel enviar com 30 dias (após 15/09/21). Foi feito contato com Vend. Fernando solicitando um orçamento para um novo contrato, o mesmo entregou no mesmo dia. Total descanso PÓS VENDA. Forçando que as novas adesões seja dos dois pct, contrariando a lei do consumidor de venda casada, Art.39. Passei a mensagem para Laura, informando a nossa insatisfação, ela respondeu: OK!
It's Claudiane you guys weren't the only ones who didn't have a good AFTER SALES service by Finance. Part of our class closed with Styllus, Fotos+Aula da Saudade, we asked Finance, Laura and Katarina, for the value of the Photo pct, as some students are wanting to acquire it. We were personally at the house, very well received by Director Kleber, not being able to say the same about Finance (Laura and Katarina), that we had a meeting to obtain the value only of the pct of Photos, they did not show interest in selling only one pct . They informed that they would send to commission with 01 week, after 02 weeks, Laura inf that it was only possible to send with 30 days (after 15/09/21). Contact was made with Vend. Fernando requesting a quote for a new contract, which he delivered on the same day. Total after-sales rest. Forcing the new adhesions to be of the two pct, contrary to the tie-in consumer law, Art.39. I passed the message to Laura, informing our dissatisfaction, she replied: OK!

Até o prezado momento (16/01/22) não recebi meu pagamento!
Não recomendo!
Fui lá, entrei em contato várias vezes e só promessas!
Falam que vão pagar mas ficam adiando!
Nem tive minhas fotos e nem meu dinheiro de volta!!!!

I canceled my contract on 11/17/21 and the deadline they gave was until 12/30/2021.
Until the dear moment (16/01/22) I have not received my payment!
I do not recommend!
I went there, contacted them several times and only promises!
They say they will pay but they keep putting it off!
I didn't even have my photos or my money back!!!!
Rant from a dissatisfied customer!!!
