★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz design de sobrancelha, pé e mão. O design ficou impecável, já o pé e mão deixaram a desejar, a limpeza do esmalte muito mal feita, o excesso de esmalte em algumas unhas, e falta de esmalte em outras. Voltaria pela sobrancelha, mas pela unha de jeito nenhum.
I made eyebrow, foot and hand design. The design was impeccable, as the foot and hand left to be desired, the cleanliness of the nail polish very poorly done, the excess nail polish in some nails, and lack of nail polish in others. I would go back for the eyebrow, but for the nail no way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acredito que manicure e até cabeleireiro é extremamente ignorante por não escolher fazer o que o cliente prefere e sim o que o que ele pensa estar certo e do agrado dele mesmo. Estive na unidade da rua Paraíba e desde o boa tarde a pessoa já foi grossa, relevei no início pois pensei que ela poderia estar em um dia ruim, mas durante o atendimento minha única vontade era mandar parar e ir embora imediatamente. Minha unha está horrível, paguei caríssimo em um procedimento que ficou zero ao meu agrado e zero perfeito. As funcionários perguntou se podia só consertar UMA única unha de uma cliente na frente da minha irmã e a cliente fez a cuticulagen e esmaltação em todas elas além da unha de gel que tinha quebrado. durante o tempo que minha irmã estava esperando eles não foram capaz nem de pedir desculpas ou oferecer uma água.
fiquei toda torta pra moça conseguir fazer meu pé, aliás uma das únicas que conseguiu ser gentil e educada. vale ressaltar que a profissional Brina e lorrayne foi muito educada, pena que os defeitos do procedimento com outras destacou muito mais!
I believe that manicures and even hairdressers are extremely ignorant because they do not choose to do what the customer prefers, but rather what they think is right and what they like. I was at the Paraíba Street unit and since the good afternoon the person was already thick, I reread it at the beginning because I thought she might be on a bad day, but during the service my only wish was to stop and leave immediately. My nail is horrible, I paid dearly in a procedure that was zero to my liking and perfect zero. The staff asked if I could only fix ONE nail on a client in front of my sister and the client did the cuticulation and nail polish on all of them besides the gel nail that had broken. during the time that my sister was waiting they were not even able to apologize or offer a water.
I was all crooked for the girl to be able to make my foot, in fact one of the only ones that managed to be kind and polite. it is worth mentioning that the professional Brina and lorrayne was very polite, too bad that the defects in the procedure with others highlighted much more!
