★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expor a minha insatisfação com o serviço prestado pela empresa suave car, ontem deixei meu carro para lavar por volta das 14 horas, primeiramente fui muito mal atendida por um dos funcionários, só deixei o carro pq estava precisando mesmo de uma lavagem, segundo quando voltei para retirar o carro, por volta das 17 horas ele estava com varias partes sujas dentro e fora. Inclusive tirei foto. É o fim, péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço e preço alto. não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento. Lavam o carro com cuidado e atenção aos detalhes. O trabalho é bem rápido, leva cerca de uns 30, 40 minutos e é feito por uma equipe. O usuário dos serviços pode aguardar no local, em um espaço reservado para os clientes. O preço varia de acordo com o serviço escolhido, mas é bem em conta e até inferior ao que poderia ser cobrado pela qualidade do trabalho. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei o estacionamento e o atendimento foi PÉSSIMO. Além de mal educado a pessoa foi grosseira. Precisam rever as pessoas que atendem este local porque é NOME da empresa que está em "jogo".
O fato mais agravante é que não há tabela com valores do estacionamento Isto está em desacordo com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
O preço do estacionamento por 2 h foi extremamente abusivo.
Precisam melhorar MUITO o atendimento porque a placa que está afixada informando da IMPORTÂNCIA DO CLIENTE é MENTIROSA!!

The most aggravating fact is that there is no table with parking values. This is at odds with the Consumer Protection Code.
The price of parking for 2 hours was extremely abusive.

Perguntei ao rapaz se havia tolerância pois minha ida levou 4 min, e ele me disse que não. Paguei os R$ 10,00 que me foi cobrado e perguntei se poderia voltar a utilizar amanhã, uma vez que tenho consulta e o rapaz novamente me disse não. No meu ponto de vista, o cliente deveria ser melhor compreendido neste caso, e infelizmente no CIM é a única opção que temos para estacionar.
