Quando a gente ouve o barulho já corre pra tirar as coisas da tomada, pois já sabe que a energia vai ficar oscilando e que o prejuízo é inteiramente do consumidor que paga conta cara pra receber energia de qualidade, mas que não é bem o que acontece!
