Fizemos 10 camisas com a loja no valor total de 250,00 reais, e pelo um erro deles ao sair da loja fui cobrada através do WhatsApp um valor de 25,00 ( dizendo eles ser da matriz) até aí sem problemas, porém, questionamos que no ato da negociação, não foi falado isso. Essa senhora simplesmente nos tratou pessimamente mal e logo nos bloqueou no WhatsApp. Até agora sem acreditar que ainda nos dias de hoje, dias difícies, pessoas tem a coragem de desfazer de um cliente. E no meu caso sair de lá orçando uma futura compra que tínhamos intenção de realizar. Lamentavel !
I was very well attended by Orlando, an excellent professional. Now, I regret the service I had by a lady who also works there and in fact I have no idea of the function of this lady. We made 10 shirts with the store in the total amount of 250.00 reais, and because of their mistake when leaving the store I was charged through WhatsApp a value of 25.00 (saying they were from the headquarters) so far without problems, however, we question that in the act of negotiation, this was not mentioned. This lady just treated us very badly and then blocked us on WhatsApp. Until now without believing that even these days, difficult days, people have the courage to dispose of a customer. And in my case, leaving there budgeting a future purchase that we intended to make. Unfortunate !
