★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 2 dias tentando resolver meu MEI, cheguei às 10h40 e tinham 3 pessoas na minha frente, tive q ir embora às 11h40 pois trabalho no período da tarde e ainda faltava 1 pessoa para ser atendida. Havia um homem sem máscara dentro da subprefeitura, um local fechado, para ser atendido e não houve nenhuma abordagem para que ele ficasse com a máscara cobrindo nariz e na boca, já que a máscara no queixo não é eficaz em nada. Sinceramente é decepcionante ter uma subprefeitura perto de casa e não conseguir usufruir dela. Espero realmente que melhore.
 I've been trying to solve my MEI for 2 days, I arrived at 10:40 am and there were 3 people in front of me, I had to leave at 11:40 am because I work in the afternoon and there was still 1 person to be seen. There was a man without a mask inside the borough, a closed place, to be seen and there was no approach for him to have the mask covering his nose and mouth, as the chin mask is not effective at all. Honestly, it's disappointing to have a borough close to home and not be able to use it. I really hope it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei,não pelo atendimento, sim por ser tudo online e você pega o papel para fazer onlanie não tem ninguém para ajudar, nem sabe se a pessoa tem leitura, se tem como fazer,minha opinião está na hora de mudar, subprefeitura da Vila Prudente tem que mudar,mais rápido possível. Sai muito decepcionada, de ver quanto ganha nas nossas costas os funcionários, dos impostos que pagamos sem retorno. Obrigado se me dá atenção neste relato acabei de fazer..
I didn't like it, not for the service, but because it's all online and you get the paper to do onlanie, there's no one to help, you don't even know if the person has reading, if there's how to do it, my opinion is time to change, town hall of Vila Prudent has to change as soon as possible. I leave very disappointed, to see how much the employees earn on our backs, from the taxes we pay without return. Thank you if you pay attention to this report I just made...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas pessoas educadas sim, fui muito bem atendido mas fui com um problema a ser ou tentar ser resolvido, saí com uma dúvida. Imaginei que iriam fazer algum documento referente a minha solicitação, só que não tenho que entrar no app ou site nem me lembro, para fazer o meu pedido de certa forma acredito que poderia ser feito no ato de minha presença, mesmo porque estava praticamente sem ninguém a ser atendido.
Many polite people yes, I was very well attended but I went with a problem to be or trying to be solved, I left with a doubt. I imagined that they would make some document regarding my request, but I don't have to enter the app or website nor do I remember, to place my order in a way I believe it could be done in the act of my presence, even because I was practically without anyone to be served.
