★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Estou de férias em Ilhéus e fui ao subway daqui, pois sou cliente assíduo na minha cidade. Fui 3 vezes ao estabelecimento e recebi um péssimo atendimento. As atendentes parecem que ficam com raiva quando entra cliente na loja. Nem olham na cara do cliente, respondem apenas balançando a cabeça e quando resolvem falar, respondem com extrema falta de paciência. Pensei que fosse apenas com a atendente do primeiro dia, mas confirmei que se trata de toda a equipe, o que indica uma falta de treinamento e gerenciamento da Subway, o que culmina com o afastamento de clientes fiéis, como eu, infelizmente.
Bad experience! I'm on vacation in Ilhéus and I went to the subway here, as I'm a regular customer in my city. I went to the establishment 3 times and received a bad service. The attendants seem to get angry when a customer enters the store. They don't even look at the customer's face, they only respond by shaking their head and when they decide to speak, they respond with extreme lack of patience. I thought it was just the first day attendant, but I confirmed that it is the entire team, which indicates a lack of training and management at Subway, which culminates in the removal of loyal customers, like me, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa unidade do Subway dica localizada na Avenida Soares Lopes, bem em frente à Praça da Irene. Há cadeiras e mesas do lado de fora da unidade, bem como no primeiro piso. Proximo há diversas outras opções de lanchonetes, hamburguerias, etc. Fora isso não há muito o que comentar, é uma experiência padrão de comer no Subway.
This Subway unit is located on Avenida Soares Lopes, right in front of Praça da Irene. There are chairs and tables outside the unit as well as on the first floor. Nearby there are several other options for snack bars, hamburgers, etc. Other than that not much to comment on, it's a standard Subway eating experience.
