Atendendo clientes com piadas, constrangendo casais, simulando o "tchau" da lanchonete Jhonny Rockets de forma debochada. Péssimo comportamento para um local situado em região nobre. Os clientes não são palhaços.
 Great place, great food, but the staff working late in the week leaves something to be desired. Serving customers with jokes, embarrassing couples, simulating the "goodbye" of the Jhonny Rockets cafeteria mockingly. Bad behavior for a prime location. Customers are not clowns.

Poor service by new employees, lack of training and education. The guys, previous employees were grade 10! No, I'm more of a customer, like a lot of friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocam o banner de um produto com desconto e quando vc pede dizem que não tem um dos ingredientes (no caso o pão) pedi para substituir por outro e o atendente disse que não pode.
Gosto dos produtos mas a falta de ingredientes nas unidades e o atendimento despreparado faz com que cada vez menos eu frequente o Subway.

They put a banner for a discounted product and when you ask they say they don't have one of the ingredients (in this case the bread) I asked to replace it with another one and the attendant said he can't.
I like the products but the lack of ingredients in the units and the unprepared service makes me less frequent at Subway.

This store is very cozy. The snacks are standard Subway, but the staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness, in short, the atmosphere is very pleasant.
