Fato ocorrido em 17/12/2020 aproximadamente entre 15:45 à 18:00. Subway do Jardins ao lado do Sal e Brasa Express.
Disrespectful employees, making fun of and imitating customers practically in the face, just behind the counter, without even being intimidated by the cameras of the establishment or the mall. Fact occurred on 12/17/2020 approximately between 15:45 to 18:00. Subway from Jardins next to Sal and Brasa Express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente despreparado, fui comer lá ele, simplesmente falou, "não estamos servindo agora" sem nem olhar para mim, pegou um papel da impressora virou e entrou na cozinha, alguns minutos depois estão servindo.
Não entendi, se era algum momentâneo, qual era a dele, simplesmente avisar, perguntar se eu queria aguardar. Achei simplesmente horrível essa atitude.
Unprepared attendant, I went to eat there, he simply said, "we are not serving now" without even looking at me, took a paper from the printer, turned and went into the kitchen, a few minutes later they are serving.
I didn't understand, if it was a momentary one, what was his thing, just let me know, ask if I wanted to wait. I found this attitude simply horrible.
