Very poorly serviced, the horrible barbecue meat without standard to put the fillings has to be begging for so little that they assembled my 30cm sandwich. After this I don't step even close. The attendants frowned. Terrible experience!

Só compro ainda pq gosto muito do Subway mas quem monta os sanduíches faz isso com a b**da, só pode. O bagulho vem frio, faltando ingrediente, além do miserê que colocam e ainda todo arrebentando com o recheio todo saindo. Além de outros problemas com o resto do combo. Honestamente, isso é qualidade pra vocês? Propaganda enganosa. Pedi no UberEats ainda, app que não tem suporte nenhum pra avaliação ou reclamação. Não peço mais nem se for de graça. Cansada
POOR quality. There is not 1 time that I ask that the order is correct. That's the MINIMUM. I always go through stress about it, it's tiring. I only buy it because I like Subway a lot, but whoever assembles the sandwiches does it with their b**da, they just can. The stuff comes cold, lacking ingredients, in addition to the miserê they add and still all bursting with all the stuffing coming out. Plus other problems with the rest of the combo. Honestly, is this quality for you? Misleading advertising. I also asked on UberEats, an app that doesn't have any support for evaluation or complaint. I don't ask for more even if it's free. Weary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida sempre mal esquentada, uma miséria de azeitonas, a preguiça e o desprazer que os funcionários têm são de outro mundo e já me entregaram um lanche veg sem as almôndegas e sem o queijo vegano (ou seja só pão com molho e eu só vi quando chegou em casa). Lugar péssimo, única coisa que salva é a higiene. Não recomendo especialmente aos domingos
Food is always poorly heated, olives are poor, the laziness and displeasure that the employees have are out of this world and they already gave me a veg snack without the meatballs and without the vegan cheese (in other words, just bread with sauce and I only saw it when arrived home). Terrible place, only thing that saves is hygiene. I don't recommend especially on Sundays

Cheguei no local e fiquei um tempo esperando alguém me atender, não havia fila nem nada, o balcão só estava sem nenhum funcionário mesmo. Quando alguém finalmente chegou, a pessoa não parava de conversar sobre festa com outro funcionário chamado Igor, senti um total descaso da pessoa em relação ao cliente, no meio da preparação do lanche, a pessoa se ausentou para ir pegar um objeto sem sua bolsa, não volto mais. Funcionaria Vitória fez um péssimo e constrangedor comentário em relação a mim quando cometi uma gafe por achar que o refrigerante era refil e colocar mais um pouco. Foi uma péssima experiência, a propaganda do local será bem negativa.
Horrible
I arrived at the place and waited a while for someone to help me, there was no queue or anything, the counter was just without any employee. When someone finally arrived, the person kept talking about a party with another employee named Igor, I felt a total disregard of the person in relation to the customer, in the middle of preparing the snack, the person left to go get an object without his bag, I won't be back. Employee Vitória made a terrible and embarrassing comment towards me when I made a gaffe for thinking that the soda was a refill and put some more. It was a bad experience, the publicity of the place will be very negative.
