★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei chateada com atendimento, precisa ter um aviso horário de fechamento, montamos todo o lanche e no final o atendente deu o lanche pra viagem alegando que já estava fechando.
 I was upset with the service, there needs to be a notice of closing time, we set up the whole snack and at the end the attendant gave the lunch to the trip claiming that it was already closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está rede oferece um lanche muito gostoso....mas se vc comer um único lanche.... não precisa experimentar os outros pois são o MSM sabor??falando desta loja da Rua Tamandaré sempre foi muito boa, mas como já percebi que essa rede muda muito de funcionários nesse domingo 05/12/21 fui até a loja...meu deus tinha 2 atendentes mais perdida do que azeitona na boca de banguelo ?dava pra ver que elas foram super mal treinadas.... deixaram muito a desejar.... não coloco a culpa nelas e sim na direção do subway que não deu o treinamento adequado pra elas e olha que sempre que fui nessa loja sempre foi muito rápido!!! espero que vcs repense oq vcs estão fazendo e melhorem muito !!!
This chain offers a very tasty snack....but if you eat a single snack....you don't need to try the others because they are the MSM flavor. this network changes a lot of employees this Sunday 12/05/21 I went to the store...my god there were 2 attendants more lost than olives in the mouth of a toothless person ?you could see that they were super poorly trained....they left a lot to be desired.... I don't blame them but on the subway directors who didn't give them the proper training and look that whenever I went to this store it was always very fast!!! I hope you guys rethink what you guys are doing and improve a lot !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is March 31st at 1:14am. The lady who created my sandwich did not care about the order at all! She completely ignored the order and made whatever she wanted. I returned the sandwiches and got a refund from Uber Eats.
To the manager, you should speak to your employees and train them well!
I ordered a 30cm BMT - Dobro Recheio
She gave me a 15cm BMT - Sem dobro recheio
I also ordered a 15cm Frango Empanado
She gave me a 15cm Frango empanado with wrong vegetables.
I called to ask why this happened and her tone of voice sounded careless. Like, it was completely inconsequential to her, whether I was satisfied or not. This is why I am leaving a review to the managers, because you have an employee who does not care to perform the job she is being paid to do.

For your information, there was no problem with communication, because we ordered our food through the Uber Eats app. So, how is there a communication problem? How ridiculous! We respect and LOVE Brazil.... YOU should learn to respect your customers instead.
