★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta organizar e manter a loja.2 mesas pequenas com aparência deplorável, dá nojo sentar nelas, retiraram um adesivo e ficou o resto da cola dando aparência de imundisse. Dentro da loja tem uma mesa balcão que virou porta capacetes dos entregadores. O atendimento iniciou com uma atendente super educada mas ela deixou o atendimento e outra assumiu. Tive que repetir tudo de novo e a segunda não conhecia os produtos do dia.O lanche foi muito gostoso, pedi batata rosty, tbm ótima. A atendente do caixa, uma terceira foi rápida, rasteira e seca.Sem sorriso, sem simpatia.Mais um Subway que deixarei de frequentar.
 The store still needs to be organized and maintained. 2 small tables with a deplorable appearance, it is disgusting to sit on them, they removed a sticker and the rest of the glue remained, giving the appearance of filth. Inside the store there is a counter table that turned into a delivery man's helmet holder. The service started with a super polite attendant but she left the service and another took over. I had to repeat everything again and on Monday I didn't know the products of the day. The snack was very tasty, I asked for a rosty potato, great too. The cashier, a third one, was quick, flat and dry. No smile, no sympathy. Another Subway I'll stop going to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tinha muitas opções de pães (apenas pão parmesão no momento). Faltou um pouco de agilidade, o mesmo funcionário que preparava o lanche era o mesmo que atendia no caixa.
There weren't many options for bread (only Parmesan bread at the moment). It lacked a little agility, the same employee who prepared the snack was the same one who attended the cashier.

Bad shopping experience in this place, poorly organized, bad service, the meat came cold, the bread tasted like burnt, they didn't give me an invoice. Cheese? My sandwich doesn't know what it is because the girl put all the cheese on paper and nothing on the bread

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no estabelecimento às 21:40, no qual o está estabelecimento se encontrava aberto, como mostra nas imagens abaixo, visto que o mesmo só encerra as 22:00h.
Ao entrar, me deparo com uma atendente finalizando o pedido de uma cliente, e a outra atendende ao perceber nossa chegada, vai até a outra e cochicha, logo após nem se quer um Boa noite deu e já foi dizendo que já havia encerrado, e o local com placa de aberto, com bastante comida e as mesmas se recusaram a fazer o nosso atendimento, me dirigí a ela e perguntei o seu nome, a mesma se negou a dizer, bateu o caixa correu em nossa direção junto ao nosso carro fazendo ameaças.
Desde já, deixo a minha indignação perante a esta unidade cidade Jardim, de péssimo atendimento e descaso com os clientes.

Upon entering, I come across an attendant finalizing a customer's order, and the other attendant, upon noticing our arrival, goes to the other and whispers, right after not even a Good night, and already saying that it was over, and the place with an open sign, with plenty of food and they refused to do our service, I went to her and asked her name, she refused to say, hit the cashier ran towards us next to our car doing threats.
From now on, I leave my indignation to this Cidade Jardim unit, with its poor service and disregard for customers.
