★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram errado nosso pedido - pedimos 2 lanches do dia (8.90 cada) mas depois que olhamos o cupom estava marcado 1 lanche de 30 (20.00). Não ofereceram nada dos adicionais ou temperos p/ salada. Não foi um bom atendimento. Nosso pedido não foi o único que foi anotado e cobrado errado.
Era visível a falta de vontade de trabalhar das funcionárias.
Wronged our order - we ordered 2 snacks of the day (8.90 each) but after looking at the coupon was marked 1 snack of 30 (20.00). They did not offer any of the extra or seasoning for salad. It was not a good service. Our order was not the only one that was noted and charged wrong.
There was a visible lack of will to work for the employees.

I had never eaten in this Subway, and I will never eat again, the snack is delicious but the service is terrible, the girl who served me was uneducated and didn't seem to want to sell, people like that can't work with the public

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, no Google fala que abre as 10:00hs, as 10:56hs, a balconista não quis atender, falando que só depois das 11hs. Então pq estava aberto?
Toda vez é uma má vontade das meninas que trabalham nesse Subway.
Terrible service, Google says it opens at 10:00 am, at 10:56 am, the clerk did not want to answer, saying that only after 11 am. So why was it open?
Every time the girls who work on this Subway are ill-willed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, enganação. No cardápio está escrito que tem a opção Sub Veg, que seria a única que eu posso comer, mas é mentira, pois não existe essa opção aqui. Zero respeito com os clientes.
Terrible, deception. On the menu it says that there is the Sub Veg option, which would be the only one I can eat, but it's a lie, as there is no such option here. Zero respect for customers.

Horário de funcionamento é até às 22h e atendente dispensando clientes para ir embora, sendo que ainda era 21h30.
E atendimento horrível, zero preparação e o lanche ruim devido a má vontade.

Opening hours are until 22:00 and attendant dismissing customers to leave, and it was still 21:30.
And horrible service, zero preparation and bad snack due to ill will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo é bem gostoso aqui, falta um padrão na confecção dos lanches e um pouco de paciência com pessoas que não conhecem o Subway. Pessoas de mais idade tendem a não entender o cardápio, molhos que acompanham, tipo de recheio, tamanho do pão. E a atendente estando sozinha não consegue explicar devido a fila... O humor naturalmente acaba e vira um transtorno ter que explicar. Um funcionário a mais séria bem mais produtivo ou um preparo mais focado em quem está aqui. Os preços são justos, a qualidade boa, vale para uma refeição rápida.
Everything is very tasty here, there is a lack of a standard in making snacks and a little patience with people who don't know Subway. Older people tend not to understand the menu, accompanying sauces, type of filling, bread size. And the attendant being alone cannot explain due to the queue ... The mood naturally ends and it becomes a disorder to have to explain. A more serious employee, a lot more productive or a preparation more focused on who is here. The prices are fair, the quality is good for a quick meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que vô no lugar difícilmente tem alguém na frente, sempre tenho que espera 5 minutos ou mais para ser atendido, sempre são 3 a 4 pessoas por que pelo menos uma não fica na frente pra atender os clientes quando as demais fica lá trás preparando os ingredientes.
Every time I go to a place, there is hardly anyone in front, I always have to wait 5 minutes or more to be served, there are always 3 to 4 people because at least one is not in the front to serve customers when the others are in the back preparing the ingredients.
