★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vamos ao SUBWAY esperamos uma experiência diferenciada de outras lanchonetes, e um dos FORTES é a autonomia de montar o seu lanche com as variedades de saladas e molhos. Este espaço é o "novo" subway da cidade e estava acostumado com o antigo, pois o molho e salada (que são baratos) completavam sem qualquer "pena" o sanduíche (os funcionários não tinham dó de lambuzar o sanduba com muito molho) senti falta disso, a moça que colocou o molho colocou um FIAPO de molho, credo... bom essa foi minha experiência ruim.
When we go to SUBWAY, we expect an experience different from other snack bars, and one of the STRENGTHS is the autonomy to set up your snack with the variety of salads and sauces. This space is the "new" subway in the city and I was used to the old one, as the sauce and salad (which are cheap) completed the sandwich without any "pity" (the employees had no pity to smear the sandwich with too much sauce) I felt lack of that, the lady who put the sauce put a lint of sauce, man... well that was my bad experience.

Infelizmente, na minha visita o estabelecimento não cumpriu a publicidade que estava sendo divulgada em uma das placas digitais, informando que a oferta do combo não estava válida. Uma pena. Saí com uma percepção negativa do estabelecimento.
Airy and pleasant atmosphere. The product follows the brand standard. Unfortunately, during my visit, the establishment did not comply with the advertising that was being posted on one of the digital boards, stating that the combo offer was not valid. A feather. I left with a negative perception of the establishment.

The bread was not fresh. There was no napkin. The snack was not appetizing. But the attendant was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fiz o pedido de uma coisa, veio outra, tentei contato e ninguém respondeu, ignoraram completamente minhas msg no app e fecharam o pedido sem ar qualquer satisfação, atendimento péssimo, não recomendo.
Horrible, I ordered one thing, another came, I tried to contact and no one responded, they completely ignored my messages on the app and closed the order without any satisfaction, terrible service, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei desorganizado e o atendimento ruim, uma pessoa pergunta o que ver quer depois vai fazer outra coisa e te deixa lá, ai vem outra perguntando de novo todo o pedido. Atendente mal humorada, sem simpatia nenhuma.
I thought it was disorganized and the service was bad, one person asks what they want to see, then they'll do something else and leave you there, then another comes asking the whole order again. Bad tempered, no sympathy at all.
