★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Um único funcionário para fazer os lanches, atender telefone (pedido externo), receber os pagamentos. Todo dia falta ingredientes. Quantidade dos recheios cada dia menor (aquela foto bonita com recheio caprichado, só na foto mesmo). Nem a sacolinha para você levar o seu lanche (viagem) é adequada (metade do lanche fica para fora da sacola e você precisa ficar equilibrando o lanche para não cair para fora da sacola).
Terrible attendance. A single employee to make snacks, answer the phone (external request), receive payments. Ingredients are lacking every day. Amount of fillings is getting smaller every day (that beautiful photo with a neat filling, just in the photo). Not even the small bag for you to take your snack (trip) is adequate (half of the snack is out of the bag and you need to balance the snack so as not to fall out of the bag).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rede não tem muitas opções de lanche mas tem um público específico. A loja Vila Matilde tinha uma funcionária muito prestativa e experiente e outra que não sabia ainda pegar os recheios... Limpeza do local não muito exigente.
The chain does not have many snack options but it has a specific audience. The Vila Matilde store had a very helpful and experienced employee and another who still didn't know how to pick up the stuffing... Cleaning of the place was not very demanding.
