★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, gostaria de relatar que no dia 17/10/2020 por volta das 19:40 no dia de domingo eu Edmílson de Vasconcelos que já fui funcionário da rede onde já ganhei mérito de melhor atendente fui muito mal atendido pela funcionaria (Tayane) que se recusou da meu cupom fiscal da compra que deu 58,28, relatando que entraria em contato por e-mail pra enviar e ate agora nada!
Deixei a loja muito desapontado, nunca fui tao mal tratado; nem fila na loja tinha; amo as lojas subway, compreendo o estresse diário mais nada justifica a falta de humanização.
Good morning, I would like to report that on 10/17/2020 at 7:40 pm on Sunday, I Edmílson de Vasconcelos, who was once an employee of the chain where I already earned merit as a best attendant, was very poorly attended by the employee (Tayane) who refused my tax coupon for the purchase he gave 58.28, reporting that he would contact me by email to send and so far nothing!
I left the store very disappointed, I was never treated so badly; there was no queue at the store; I love the subway stores, I understand the daily stress but nothing justifies the lack of humanization.
