No meu processo de recuperação de uma cirurgia no ligamento do joelho esquerdo ela me proporcionou o retorno da mobilidade da perna, força, estabilidade, pois ela não focou apenas em utilização de eletroestimulação, mas em exercícios para fortalecimento da musculatura, equilíbrio, extensão e flexão da perna, além de me orientar para a execução correta dos exercícios e a utilização de um programa para fazer exercícios em casa.
