Quem atende ao telefone fixo sequer se identifica ou identifica o estabelecimento. Recebi uma informação de que se enviasse um e-mail solicitando uma cotação prontamente seria respondido, no entanto, quase uma semana depois nenhuma resposta e acredito que se eu não tivesse telefonado até hoje estaria esperando por este retorno.
I was attended the first time by a gentleman who I thought was the owner and I had a good impression that fell to the ground shortly after.
