★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche gostoso e saboroso, não lembro o nome hahah os lanches aqui tem nome de partes famosas da cidade RS pedi um que tem duas versões com uma carne e com duas. Pedi o de uma carne e já foi o suficiente pra mim. A batata deles é mais sequinha, atendimento rápido. É tipo fast food essa unidade, mas o lanche é melhor que Mc e BK na minha opinião. Prove e tire a sua ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, os funcionários são simpáticos e tiraram todas as dúvidas. O hamburguer MASP é normal, sem pontos altos ou baixos. A batata-frita idem. O trudel é bem doce, pra quem gosta de doce desse tipo vai gostar. O bolo Imperador não é tão doce e agrada o palador de quem prefere doces mais leves. O legal é que é possível comprar o trudel ou os bolos e comer na loja.
The service is very good, the staff are friendly and answered all questions. The MASP burger is normal, with no high or low points. The french fries ditto. The trudel is very sweet, for those who like this type of candy will like it. The Imperador cake is not so sweet and pleases the palate of those who prefer lighter sweets. The cool thing is that you can buy the trudel or cakes and eat at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei, havia 6 funcionarios papeando dentro do balcão, uma limpando uma mesa, esperei até que ela foi limpar outra mesa.. e ninguem me atendeu.. primeira e ultima vez que entro nesse "fast"burguer.
I went in, there were 6 employees chatting inside the counter, one cleaning a table, I waited until she went to clean another table ... and no one answered me ... first and last time I get into this "fast" burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no delivery. Fiz um pedido, demoraram quase uma hora (sendo que moro há 90m de distância) e ainda o mesmo veio faltando um sanduíche e batata. Decepcionado. Atendentes muito confusos e despreparados, não conseguiam dar a informação correta.
Bad service on delivery. I placed an order, it took almost an hour (I live 90m away) and it still came missing a sandwich and potato. disappointed. Very confused and unprepared attendants, they could not give the correct information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima primeira experiência com o lugar! Pedi pelo iFood e não entregaram o pedido completo. São super incapazes de resolver o problema e jogam a culpa no aplicativo. Levou mais de 1h para a outra parte do lanche chegar e ainda conseguiram errar de novo esquecendo um refrigerante a mais que tinha comprado. O lanche é bom mas falta muita atenção, não recomendo!
Bad first experience with the place! I asked for iFood and they didn't deliver the complete order. They are super unable to solve the problem and blame the app. It took more than 1h for the other part of the snack to arrive and they still managed to make a mistake again forgetting an extra soda I had bought. The lunch is good but lacks a lot of attention, I don't recommend it!

Fora os molhos… O único ponto muito negativo ao meu ver, é que não aceitam cartão de crédito! Fui pego de surpresa, uma vez que os produtos não são tão baratos assim. Isso é um retrocesso. No mais, tudo ok.
