Fica por conta dos passageiros, que às vezes, tumultuam, furam fila, querem dar uma de malandros, essas coisas. Um verdadeiro hospício. Sem contar com os BRTs sempre lotados, com ar condicionado fraco, que não dá vazão quanto a temperatura lá fora aumenta um pouco. Ou seja, horrível.
