★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a 25 anos estou muito insatisfeita com a sulaamerica está deixando a desejar;nunca acho especialistas ligo para vários não aceita mais,uma vez precisei da minha filha ficar enternada numa clínica por um período curto de 12 horas para fazer um preparo para um procedimento fui negada, tendo k médico ter que fazer numa sala improvisada para a minha filha nao voltar para casa fiquei muito chateada já que eu e minhas filhas quase não usamos graças a deus , mas na hora que precisei me deixaram māo hoje tomei uma atitube vou trocar para outra operadora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado fui fazer a renovação di meu seguro e os mesmos me prometeram mundos e fundos, informaram que eram diferentes das outras seguradoras, que possuem mais de 120 anos de mercado e tal...Renovei com os mesmos, porém esse ano está sendo um caos e martírio a renovação do seguro, ano passado paguei R$ 1660,00 e esse ano estão querendo me cobrar R$ 600,00 a mais sendo, que não houve sinistros, veículo mais velho, tabela fipe mais baixa, eu um ano mais velho...Sendo que pela análise do Susep um motorista da minha idade, com o veículo em questão em média aqui no PR o valor do seguro deveria ser R$ 1.300,00
fica o alerta de não cairem na armadilha desta Sul América pois é dor de cabeça, incomodação e estresse na certa!

Fiquei dois meses sem pagar o plano, bloquearam o atendimento e depois cancelaram o plano.
Para minha surpresa enviaram um processo me intimando a pagar três meses + 1 multa contratual.
Um absurdo..
Não recomendo
