Recebi indicações do estabelecimento e resolvi testar fazendo as compras do bolo e salgados para o aniversário do meu pai. Tivemos que ter o Plano B pois, ao partir o bolo notamos que estava com sabor estragado e os salgados foram fritos em óleo utilizado muitíssimas vezes, pois o sabor dos salgados estava com ranço. Não precifico o trabalho de ninguém, desde que a qualidade seja recebida. Não indico o estabelecimento a ninguém e farei a postagem nas recomendações para que ninguém possa passar por este tipo de situação novamente.
O bolo vem sem um pingo de recheio e com o doce de cupuaçu azedo e aparentemente cru, além do chantilly (Isso se puder ser chamado disso) que no caso era gordura vegetal misturada com leite condensado estava azedo.

The cake comes without a drop of filling and with the cupuaçu candy, sour and apparently raw, in addition to the whipped cream (If you can call it that) which in this case was vegetable fat mixed with condensed milk, it was sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom compro todos os dias coisas pelo Ifood e fiz meu pedido nessa loja, como podemos ver o podido já estava com mais de uma hora de atraso, fui reclamar e perguntar se o pedido iria chegar, foram extremamente rudes nas mensagens, ai falei que não era atoa que eles estavam com baixa reputação e que iria fazer uma reclamação também, além de rirem e caçarem da minha cara cancelaram meu pedido dizendo que estava incompleto meus dados, sendo que compro todos os dias com os mesmos dados, por favor quem ler não comprem nesse lugar não vão se arrepender e passar dor de cabeça. pensem bem antes de comprar em lugares assim que não tem o mínimo de respeito pelos clientes.
so dou uma estrela por que não tem como dar zero se não nem estrela teriam por que não merecem nada.

Mas, me sentir lesionada hoje pelo fato de ter pedido uma torta salgada+salgadinhos sendo a torta salgada carregada de maionese, frango somente refogado. Tinha gosto de tudo, menos de torta, salgadinhos parece que era de 1 semana atrás.. enfim, de "brinde" ganhamos uma infecção intestinal. Melhorem a qualidade de vocês! Sinceramente não compro nunca mais !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência foi péssima com esse estabelecimento. Pedi um bolo pelo Ifood para ser entregue para minha mãe era aniversário dela, escolhi um bolo no valor de 50,00 reais. Assim que finalizei o pedido recebi uma mensagem do local perguntando se podiam mandar um outro bolo no lugar do que pedi ( um bolo inferior que custava 20 reais a menos do que paguei), respondi que queria o bolo pelo qual paguei, me responderam que iria demorar um pouco, eu disse que n tinha problema.
Só que no fim das contas o bolo demorou quase 4 horas pra chegar e veio quebrado e derretendo, todo feio . O bolo que comprei para o aniversário da minha mãe no qual eu não pude estar pois noro em outro estado não era nem perto o bolo da foto que peguei. Rechamei para o estabelecimento pedinso uma providência e nem se quer me responderam.

But in the end the cake took almost 4 hours to arrive and it came broken and melting, all ugly. The cake I bought for my mother's birthday, which I couldn't be at because I was in another state, wasn't even close to the cake in the photo I took. I called back to the establishment asking for a measure and they didn't even answer me.

Encomendei um bolo de chantininho pro aniversário da minha filha, na sexta (07/01), às 12:20. Fui lá na loja pessoalmente pq estava havendo um problema sério de comunicação via WhatsApp. Mandei a foto do modelo e horário marcado ficou para às 17h do dia seguinte (08/01)
Não pude ir, pedi para minha prima ir buscar, ela foi às 17:30, muito tempo depois, a atendente voltou e perguntou detalhes e a foto do modelo do bolo, mas ela n tinha levado o celular. Ela deu meu nome (de novo), o meu n°, a moça pegou a ficha e entrou (de novo) pra lá. Muito tempo depois (novamente) ela voltou e disse que o bolo ainda estava sendo finalizado. E simplesmente entrou. Enfim, o bolo foi entregue depois das 18h, já havia convidados na festa. Ele estava esteticamente muito bonito, quase igual ao da foto, até a raiva passou na hora. Ela se transformou em ódio na hora que cortei! Um bolo seco, sem gosto, com uma miséria de recheio, o chantininho com corante de péssima qualidade, amargo, não sei nem se era chantininho, tava muito gorduroso.
Tive que ouvir de amigos mais próximos que era bolo de andiroba, bolo de farofa, mandaram ir buscar o recheio que esqueceram de por...
Com pouco mais de 50 convidados na festinha da minha filha, só umas 5 pessoas provaram o bolo e foi o suficiente pra espalhar que ele não tava bom. Agora tô aqui com quase todo o bolo na geladeira, 140,00 que vão pro lixo, pq de manhã fui tentar comer, mas a cobertura tava azedando, com cheiro de estragada.
Então, se vc está procurando por uma empresa séria pra encomendar bolo, NUNCA mande fazer nesse lugar! Vc vai perder seu dinheiro, vai servir de palhaço pros outros, motivo de piada! Eles não têm comprometimento com seus clientes, além de usarem produtos de péssima qualidade, o atendimento é ruim tb, a moça não pediu desculpas pela demora, não deu justificativa nenhuma sobre o atraso.
Pequise bem, peça recomendações a outras pessoas, não escolha por comodidade ou pq viu fotos de bolo feitos lá. Não deixe eles acabarem com um momento que deveria ser só de comemoração.

She gave my name (again), my number, the girl took the card and went in (again) there. Much later (again) she came back and said the cake was still being finished. And just walked in. Anyway, the cake was delivered after 18:00, there were already guests at the party. He was aesthetically very handsome, almost the same as the one in the photo, even the anger subsided immediately. It turned to hate the moment I cut it! A dry, tasteless cake, with a misery of filling, the chantininho with poor quality dye, bitter, I don't even know if it was chantininho, it was very greasy.
I had to hear from close friends that it was andiroba cake, farofa cake, they sent to get the stuffing they forgot to put...

Encomendei dois bolos de tamanhos iguais, estilo bento cake, a diferença era o desenho em cima. Chegando para busca-los, tinham tamanhos diferentes, tinha inseto morto dentro, tinham enfeites diferentes e ainda por cima a atendente dizia que estavam do mesmo tamanho.
Experiência péssima. Nunca mais volto nessa loja
Disappointing!
I ordered two cakes of equal sizes, bento cake style, the difference was the design on top. Arriving to pick them up, they had different sizes, there was a dead insect inside, they had different decorations and on top of that the attendant said they were the same size.
Bad experience. I will never go back to this store
