Very unstable Internet. I hired 240 megs. They never delivered me what was hired. Most of the day the internet is oscillating from 10 to 30 megs. I HIRED 240. And right now that I'm writing this review, I'm out of the internet. It stopped suddenly. Too much instability. Ping very high.

Primeiro me pediram todos meu dados pessoais, documentos tipo CPF/identidade, endereço, telefone, e por fim não consegui finalizar o pedido. Entrei em contato com a empresa através do ZAP , e fui informado que em meu bairro havia disponibilidade de instalação. Questionei então porque pedem os dados antes de ver se há possibilidade de instalação. Deixo claro que isso é no mínimo má intenção!! Não recomendo esta empresa a ninguém. Fiquem atentos.
I entered the site to purchase an internet plan. First I was asked for all my personal data, CPF / identity documents, address, phone number, and finally I was unable to finalize the order. I contacted the company through the ZAP, and was informed that in my neighborhood there was availability of installation. I then asked why they ask for the data before seeing if there is a possibility of installation. I make it clear that this is at least a bad intention !! I do not recommend this company to anyone.
