★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio completo! Muito bem localizado, tranquilo, familiar, com duas estações de BRT na porta, com ótimo comércio e ótima segurança, sem contar que se encontra ao lado do shopping Américas e bem próximo a praia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!! A administração do condomínio não tem bom censo para receber visitantes!!! Fui a uma festa no salão de festas do condomínio, e ao chamarmos um úber, tivemos que nos dirigir até a entrada do condomínio andando, pois o mesmo não foi permitido de entrar.
Rubbish !!!! condominium administration has no good census for visitors !!! I went to a party at the condo party room, and we call an uber, we had to drive to the entrance of the condominium walking, because it was not allowed to enter.
