Trabalham com material de péssima qualidade, (muitas peças já chegam até quebradas ou são cortadas de qualquer jeito) profissionais aparentam não serem suficientemente capacitados para realizar a instalação do produto e muito menos a medição para planejar o pedido. Ainda possuem um atendimento de baixo nível. Estou com os profissionais da empresa neste exato momento finalizando a instalação do produto e posso dizer antecipadamente que já estou totalmente arrependido do investimento desperdiçado. Jamais manterei produtos deste nível em minha residência.
Nota ZERO.
DETALHE - O dono ainda me ligou, com a cara de pau dizendo que possuem os melhores materiais do mercado (material este que já vem quebrado e com problemas), disse que toda instalação deles não entra água e nem poeira (fizeram a medição errada no apartamento e a porta principal nem fecha) e ainda me disse que se eu não estiver contente, devo entrar na justiça para procurar meus direitos. É esse o tipo de atendimento que você tem quando age de maneira direita com empresa de baixo nível - não recomendo, buscarei meus direitos e também farei questão de divulgar a péssima qualidade do serviço prestado - por sinal, alguém encontrou a empresa cadastrada no RECLAME AQUI? Por que será que não estão lá? O próprio funcionário da empresa que veio em minha casa instalar os produtos, me disse: "é complicado, todo mundo reclama".

I do not recommend this company in any sense. They work with poor quality material, (many parts are already broken or cut anyway) Professionals appear to be insufficiently skilled to perform product installation, let alone measurement to plan the order. They still have a low level service. I am with the company's professionals right now finishing the installation of the product and can say in advance that I am totally sorry for the wasted investment. I will never keep products of this level in my home.

DETAIL - The owner still called me, with the wooden face saying that they have the best materials on the market (this material that is already broken and with problems), said that all their installation does not enter water or dust (made the wrong measurement in apartment and the front door doesn't even close) and even told me that if I'm not happy, I should go to court to look for my rights. This is the kind of service you get when you act right with a low-level company - I do not recommend it, I will seek my rights and I will also make a point of disclosing the poor quality of the service provided - by the way, someone found the company registered in RECLAME HERE ? Why aren't they there? The very employee of the company who came to my house to install the products told me: "It's complicated, everybody complains".
Bad company.
