No requisitos de locação a imobiliária deveria melhorar o conceito de oferta em imóveis em mal estado de conservação , exigir dos proprietários mais responsabilida ao oferecer imóveis com graves problemas internos e maqueados. Caso de canos entupidos, caixa d'água suja, telhados com casamentos, problemas hidráulico, elétricos , enfim. É bom lembrar que quando alguém aluga um imóvel ela procura condição de moradia segura, confortável, e justa., Pagamos pelo um produto e nos responsabilizamos pela conservação durante o uso. Então precisamos que haja mais compromisso de todas as partes. Morar com dignidade é um direto que deve ser respeitado. No mais por hora a imobiliária está tentando ser prestativa. Podemos e devemos fazer o melhor . Deus abençoe a todos que trabalhar em pró disso. Tenho fé e boto fé .
