★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei diversos produtos nessa loja mas dessa vez tive uma decepção, fui comprar um óculos de sol da marca Okley o gerente que me atendeu na ocasião falou muito bem desse óculos que a lente ante reflexo e tudo mas, porém não me adaptei com o óculos fui até a loja e falei com esse mesmo gerente que eu não havia me adaptado com o óculos ai que veio a surpresa o gerente simplesmente me disse não posso fazer nada ou seja na hora de vender fala tudo de bom do óculos mas na hora do pós venda deixou a desejar mas tudo bem estou muito chateado e nunca mais entro nessa loja perdeu um cliente.
I already bought several products in this store but this time I had a disappointment, I went to buy a sunglasses of the brand Okley the manager who attended me at the time spoke very well of that glasses that the lens before reflex and everything but I did not adapt with the glasses I went to the store and I talked to this same manager that I had not adapted with the glasses there that came to the surprise the manager simply told me I can not do anything or at the time of selling talks good of the glasses but at the time of the post sale left to be desired but okay I'm very upset and never enter this store lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um tênis VANS nesta loja em 28/07/2020 e após 2 vezes que utilizei o tênis começou a apresentar problemas. Levei na loja para tentar resolver o problema e até o momento não resolveram o problema. Estou indignado com a ausência de retorno e solução desta loja.
I bought a VANS sneaker at this store on 07/28/2020 and after 2 times I used the sneaker it started showing problems. I took it to the store to try to solve the problem and so far they haven't solved the problem. I am outraged at the lack of return and solution from this store.
