★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPCIONADA! Fui ontem com meu esposo, frigobar velho vazio e desligado da tomada, péssimo atendimento. Colchão rasgado. Impossível de ter higiene em época de Covid. Desaconselho.
 DISAPPOINTED! I went yesterday with my husband, an old fridge empty and unplugged, terrible service. Torn mattress. Impossible to have hygiene in Covid's time. I advise against it.

Só deixou a desejar na limpeza, o lugar parecia que não era limpa há semanas, o ar condicionado estava caindo literalmente gelo dele, cama velha, enfim, o preço é baixo, mas a qualidade é ainda mais baixa. rs mass, se você está procurando algo com preço bom, é o que há! As 5 estrelas vão para o sanduíche deles, o melhor que já comi na vida, tudo caseiro. Espero que melhorem a qualidade e limpeza do ambiente.

I believe that the sanitation of the place should be better, one of the rooms had mud in the bathroom. So I would have to improve this issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive muito prejuízo. Péssimo.Não tinha luz extra na melhor suite pra clarear um pouco quando apagar a luz pra não ficar mt escuro. E o frigobar horrível. Só tinha uma única tomada no quarto inteiro. Tivemos que desligar ele pra poder ligar o carregador do celular. Ainda perdemos refrigerante que trouxemos. Não tinha nada dentro do frigobar, tivemos que pedir delivery pra poder beber água e refrigerante. A melhor suite(dizendo eles) pra passar a noite e tem que ligar pra pedir lençol. Horrível isso.
I had a lot of damage. There was no extra light in the best suite to lighten up a little when you turn off the light so it doesn't get too dark. And the horrible fridge. There was only one outlet in the entire room. We had to turn it off in order to connect the cell phone charger. We still lose the soda we brought. There was nothing inside the fridge, we had to ask for delivery to be able to drink water and soda. The best suite (they say) to spend the night and have to call to ask for sheets. Horrible that.
