Chego um pouco depois da hora prevista pra pegar, uma funcionária me atendeu e quando falei da reserva ela me ignorou e começou a atender outra cliente. Logo depois que fiquei esperando uma outra trouxe rosas simples, quando disse que nqo foi o que pedi e perguntei quanto era as simples a dona quis cobrar o mesmo valor. Querendl fazer o cliente de trouxa. E ainda acham que estão na razão.
