★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizem que o atendimento é ótimo, mas deve ser só se você não estiver com roupa de trabalho! Porque a pessoa do caixa nem olha na sua cara, a atendente só te mostra a linha que ela deduz que você tem condições de comprar! Pelos comentários eu esperava bem mais! Espero que pelo menos o produto seja bom pra ter valido a pena a ida a esse lugar e talvez pensar em voltar ou recomendar para alguém.

Primeiro pq eles ficam olhando pra forma que você tá vestido (como se isso significasse algo), pra depois desconfiarem e ir te atender.
Segundo pq a vendedora (Tati, se não me engano) parece que está te fazendo um FAVOR quando você quer tirar uma dúvida.. e isso pqeu estava levando uma LINHA COMPLETA!
Terceiro pq DESCARADAMENTE ficaram rindo do meu sotaque e da minha amiga, como se as pessoas de Piracicaba de um modo geral conversassem bonito...
Fui visitar uma amiga na cidade e passei lá para conhecer a loja e adquirir alguns produtos, mas só tenho a dizer uma coisa: CAPACITEM MAIS AS PESSOAS QUE VOCÊS COLOCAM PARA ATENDER E FICAR NO CAIXA!
LIDAR COM COMÉRCIO REQUER NO MÍNIMO SIMPATIA PARA TRATAR OS CLIENTES.
The store itself does have high quality products and great prices, but the service is CLEAN, SHORT !!
First because they keep looking at the way you are dressed (as if that means something), then distrust and go to meet you.
Second because the saleswoman (Tati, if I'm not mistaken) seems to be doing you a PLEASE when you want to ask a question .. and that was taking a COMPLETE LINE!
Third, because they were laughing at my accent and my friend, as if the people of Piracicaba generally talked beautifully ...
I went to visit a friend in the city and went there to visit the store and buy some products, but I have only one thing to say: ENABLE MORE PEOPLE YOU PUT TO MEET AND STAY IN THE BOX!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que na inauguração tinham funcionarios que me olharam da cabeça aos pés e achei um tanto qto estranho ,mas ao ser atendida pela Vitória e uma senhora loira (que nao me lembro o nome) vi que nao poderia generalizar ja que elas tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas tanto pessoalmente quanto pelo Instagram. Talvez possa estar enganada com a primeira impressao que tive ao entrar na loja mas que dps tudo passou ao ser mto bem atendida por elas , os donos sao super receptivos e simpáticos , e os preços valem mtooooo a pena. Valem tanto a pena que sai mais em conta do que em mtos sites de cosméticos e fora a aula que vc recebe quando pergunta de algum produto ou explica qual é a sua necessidade. Se informem também quando tem o dia da beleza onde um especialista técnico de alguma marca estara na loja pra tirar suas duvidas e experimentar os produtos. Vcs estão de parabéns ????
I confess that at the opening there were employees who looked me from head to toe and I found it a bit strange, but when being attended by Victoria and a blonde lady (who I don't remember the name) I saw that I could not generalize since they took all my questions both personally and through Instagram. Maybe you might be wrong with the first impression I got when I came into the store but it all came down to being very well attended by them, the owners are super responsive and friendly, and the prices are very worth it. It's so worth it that it comes out more affordable than on many cosmetic sites and outside of the class you get when you ask about a product or explain what your need is. Also inform yourself when you have the beauty day where a technical expert of some brand will be in store to take your questions and try the products. Congratulations to you ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 3 vezes lá. O conteúdo do insta é muito bom, respondem às perguntas rapidamente, mas o atendimento presencial é péssimo. Não sei se era pela roupa que eu estava vestindo, ou pelo valor que eu gastei. A primeira vez, só me deram a cestinha e boa. Fui pagar no caixa, tinha várias amostras de produtos e tive que pedir, senão não daria. E no dia seguinte, minha amiga postou no insta que foi lá, comprou o mesmo valor que eu e recebeu um monte de amostras. Na segunda vez, fiz uma compra de um valor expressivo, mas achei que a demonstração dos produtos foi bem superficial e me mostraram equipamentos abaixo do que eu queria, tipo, não ofertaram mais caros pq não achavam que eu tinha dinheiro pra pagar... Foi a impressão que deu. Na hora do pagamento, foi à vista, pedi desconto e parecia que eu estava pedindo caridade, sendo que é um direito meu de consumidora.na terceira vez, fui fazer uma troca, quando cheguei lá, parecia que eu era suspeita de algo, de tantas perguntas que ficaram fazendo e me senti constrangida. No dia da troca, ainda comprei mais dois produtos. Enfim, a realidade foi bem aquém da expectativa. Nas 3 visitas, em nenhuma foi oferecido água ou café. Sei que não é lanchonete, rs, mas mas acho que um bom atendimento faz parte do processo da venda. No pós venda tbm me decepcionou bastante. Penso que por causa de 5 ou 10 reais, sei lá, às vezes vamos no lugar mais bonito, que oferece um preço bom, mas se o atendimento não é bom, não vale a pena. Quem sabe numa próxima oportunidade eles possam ter melhorado essa questão.

It was the impression it gave. At the time of payment, it was in cash, I asked for a discount and it seemed that I was asking for charity, which is my right as a consumer. The third time I went to make an exchange, when I got there, it seemed that I was suspected of something, so many questions they kept asking and I felt embarrassed. On the day of the exchange, I still bought two more products. Anyway, the reality was well below expectations. In the 3 visits, none was offered water or coffee. I know it's not a cafeteria, lol, but I think good service is part of the sale process. In the post sale also disappointed me a lot. I think because of 5 or 10 reais, I don't know, sometimes we go to the most beautiful place, which offers a good price, but if the service is not good, it is not worth it.
