★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho trauma de assistência técnica depois de muitas experiências ruins pelas quais passei, então tive muito receio de levar meu PS4 pra uma manutenção, mesmo que de rotina. Ao chegar na super games, fizeram testes antes e depois do procedimento NA MINHA FRENTE para mostrar que estava tudo ok, além de usarem pasta térmica prata (muitas assistências usam a branca que é o mesmo que pasta de dente e não ajuda em nada o equipamento), ficaram o tempo inteiro à disposição pelo whatsapp e ainda me mandaram fotos do interior do meu PS4. Como eu já tinha aberto meu equipamento antes para limpeza, pude reconhecer os componentes e ver que era realmente o meu e não outro para me enganar. Meu PS4 veio limpinho, embalado no plástico e muito bem cuidado. Serviço muito honesto e dá pra notar que gostam do que fazem. Recomendo demais!
I have technical assistance trauma after many bad experiences I went through, so I was very afraid to take my PS4 for maintenance, even if it was routine. Upon arriving at the super games, they did tests before and after the procedure IN FRONT OF ME to show that everything was ok, in addition to using silver thermal paste (many assistants use the white one which is the same as toothpaste and does not help the equipment at all ), were available all the time via whatsapp and even sent me photos of the inside of my PS4. As I had already opened my equipment before for cleaning, I was able to recognize the components and see that it was really mine and not another one to fool me. My PS4 came clean, wrapped in plastic and very well taken care of. Very honest service and you can tell they like what they do. I highly recommend!
