★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes super mal educados. Quando perguntei sobre previsão de ligação a atendente foi grosseira e começou a repetir o prazo. Porque não responder sim ou não?! Porque não verificou se a ordem de serviço estava com os técnicos para realizar o serviço, ou que ainda não está? Porque ser tão grosseira e desligar o telefone por duas vezes na minha cara? Se eu tivesse a opção, seguramente não utilizaria esse serviço.
 Super rude attendants. When I asked about the call forecast, the attendant was rude and started repeating the deadline. Why not answer yes or no?! Why didn't you check if the work order was with the technicians to perform the service, or that it still isn't? Why be so rude and hang up the phone twice to my face? If I had the option, I would definitely not use this service.
