★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui de expor opinião sobre empresa nenhuma, mas o tratamento que venho recebendo da Supergásbras não é normal e venho através deste comentário alertar outras pessoas e organizações.
Empresa burocrática, com atendimento abaixo das expectativas.
Trabalho em industria e pela segunda vez a organização deixou minha fábrica parar mesmo com abastecimento agendado.
Em outra situação (que se arrastou por mais de 6 meses) colocaram de maneira irresponsável o nome da empresa em cobrança, tanto que retiraram após reconhecimento da falha.
Após deixarem claro que não teriam como me abastecer, solicitei um e-mail para que ficasse registrado e nessa hora ninguém se posicionou, com a mensagem que "precisava pedir ao superior e seguir protocolos".
Enfim, fica o alerta para que outras pessoas e organizações não passem por situações similares.
I have never been to express an opinion on any company, but the treatment I have received from Supergásbras is not normal and I come through this comment to alert other people and organizations.
Bureaucratic company, with service below expectations.
I work in industry and for the second time the organization has let my factory stop even with scheduled supplies.
In another situation (which dragged on for more than 6 months) irresponsibly placed the name of the company in charge, so much that they retired after recognition of the failure.
After making it clear that they could not supply me, I requested an email to be registered and at that time no one stood, with the message that "I had to ask the superior and follow protocols."
At last, the alert so that other people and organizations do not go through similar situations.
