Absurd the delay in the snack. Asks at 20h arrives at 22h and they say it takes 45 to 50 minutes. Lack of respect, elderly waiting to eat and nothing to get a snack. Clowning. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sem empatia. Demorou quase 01:30 para entregar o primeiro pedido. Da segunda vez demorou 2 horas. O lanche sempre chega frio e mal montado.
Service without empathy. It took almost 1:30 to deliver the first order. The second time it took 2 hours. The snack always arrives cold and poorly assembled.
