Tentei fazer a devolução mais o protocolo deles é fazer uma compra no mesmo valor, imagine que eu preciso do dinheiro e não da mercadoria.
Estou indignada com tanta falta de respeito, final das contas não fiz acordo nenhum desejo que a empresa realize ressarcimento do valor só isso, e se o Procon for até o local vai ver várias irregularidades inclusive o funcionário tirou parte dos amendoins que estava estragado, infelizmente estava sem o celular mais as câmeras falar por si!
