★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência bastante frustrante, pois minha empresa foi chamada pra uma avaliação técnica sobre um equipamento de refrigeração, que este foi dito que seria cobrado no mínimo o valor de uma visita técnica, e sendo que depois de tudo avaliado e constatado que o equipamento está inválido pro uso, ressaltando que outro "técnico" que mecheu no mesmo, não prestou assistência de nenhuma natureza, deixamos o local e com boa fé de que posteriormente seria acertado o valor acordado ao que foi dito antes, isso não aconteceu. E ainda fomos contatados novamente por aplicativo de mensagem, com a seguinte pergunta: existe a possibilidade de não pagarmos a visita técnica? Sabemos que essa foi transmitida por um funcionário apenas, ( que no entanto nos tratou muito bem) mas ficamos frustrados em saber que sob suspeita essa ordem dita por "mensagem" pode ter sido expedida do administrador em questão. Em suma, se o equipamento não funciona, de forma nenhuma é de responsabilidade de quem o avaliou. Lamentável o posicionamento desta empresa.
Very frustrating experience, because my company was called for a technical evaluation on a refrigeration equipment, that it was said that it would be charged at least the value of a technical visit, and after all it was evaluated and found that the equipment is invalid for use, noting that another "technician" who worked on it, did not provide assistance of any kind, we left the place and with good faith that later the agreed value would be agreed to what was said before, this did not happen. And we were still contacted again by message application, with the following question: is there a possibility that we will not pay the technical visit? We know that this was transmitted by only one employee, (who however treated us very well), but we were frustrated to know that under suspicion this order dictated by "message" may have been sent from the administrator in question. In short, if the equipment does not work, it is in no way the responsibility of the appraiser. The positioning of this company is unfortunate.
