★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nem uma estrela. Na data de hoje 27/11/21 estou sem conexão desde as 07h00 da manhã. Já reiniciei o aparelho um milhão de vezes, deixei desligado e nada. Ninguém atende a nenhum telefone. Já tentei ligar em TODOS. Pago a conta em dia todos os meses, o valor da mensalidade subiu, mas o serviço prestado é UM LIXO. FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO COM O CLIENTE. ESSA EMPRESA TRATA OS CLIENTES COM TOTAL DESCASO. NÃO DÃO SUPORTE QUANDO NECESSÁRIO, NÃO TEM BOM ATENDIMENTO, A INTERNET VIVE OSCILANDO, MÊS PASSADO FIQUEI QUATRO DIAS SEM NENHUMA CONEXÃO. SE TIVER PROBLEMA FINAL DE SEMANA, PIOR AINDA. HOJE NOVAMENTE SEM INTERNET E SEM ASSISTÊNCIA. DEIXO AQUI MEU REGISTRO DE TOTAL DESAGRADO COM ESSA EMPRESA INCOMPETENTE, QUE GANHA POR UM SERVIÇO PORCO. VOU CONTINUAR LIGANDO. E SE VOCÊ PENSA EM TENTAR ADQUIRIR SERVIÇO COM ELES, NÃO COMENTA ESSE ERRO, SERÁ SÓ DOR DE CABEÇA E DINHEIRO JOGADO NO LIXO.
 It doesn't even deserve a star. As of today, 11/27/21 I have been out of connection since 07:00 in the morning. I've restarted the device a million times, left it off and nothing. Nobody answers any phone. I've already tried calling ALL. I pay the bill on time every month, the monthly fee went up, but the service provided is A WASTE. LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH COMPLETE DISCOVERY. THEY DON'T GIVE SUPPORT WHEN NECESSARY, DON'T HAVE GOOD SERVICE, THE INTERNET LIVES WALKING, LAST MONTH I STAYED FOR FOUR DAYS WITHOUT ANY CONNECTION. IF YOU HAVE A WEEKEND PROBLEM, WORSE EVEN. TODAY AGAIN WITHOUT INTERNET AND WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. HERE I LEAVE MY TOTAL DISPLEASE RECORD WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY, WHICH WIN FOR A PORK SERVICE. I WILL KEEP CALLING. AND IF YOU THINK ABOUT TRYING TO BUY SERVICE WITH THEM, DON'T COMMENT THIS ERROR, IT'S JUST A HEADACHE AND MONEY THROWN IN THE GARBAGE.

Nossa, que diferença... trabalhei com vocês a três anos atrás e era um ESPETÁCULO... o que houve, retrocederam foi ??? Que feio uma empresa que tem uma cidade inteira nas mãos, não dar conta de emitir um boleto em tempo hábil...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que preciso do suporte técnico é uma tortura, não atendem o telefone, mesmo em horário normal que é até às 18h. E algumas vezes a internet cai em horário inoportuno e ficamos sem atendimento.
Every time I need technical support, it's torture, they don't answer the phone, even during normal hours, which are until 6 pm. And sometimes the internet goes down at an inopportune time and we are left without service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, serviço prestado horrível, técnico mal preparado, vem "arrumar" um serviço que está funcionando pouco e deixa sem funcionar, 5G de 600MB subindo 6MB.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Bad experience, horrible service, poorly prepared technician, comes to "fix" a service that is working little and leaves it not working, 5G of 600MB rising to 6MB.
