★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um banho para a minha cachorra pela primeira vez. Cheguei lá e gostaria de acompanhar o procedimento e ver o comportamento dela( se ficaria ansiosa, nervosa), pois a tinha adotado a pouco tempo.
Informaram que não podia acompanhar e nem ficar do lado de dentro da loja para ver.
Perda de tempo e também as atendentes não tiveram empatia.
I scheduled a bath for my dog for the first time. I arrived there and would like to follow the procedure and see her behavior (if she would be anxious, nervous), as I had adopted her a short time ago.
They informed that they could not follow or stay inside the store to see.
It was a waste of time and the attendants didn't have empathy either.
