Vou editar este comentário, para dizer que eu consegui levar o carro e o rapaz refez meu serviço o qual ficou ótimo, sem problemas e ele me explicou que as bolhas ocorreram pq meu vidro tinha cola de outra película que colocaram antes de venda do carro para mim.

Segui as recomendações que encontrei nos comentários aqui do google. Porém não tive sorte, apesar de não acreditar em sorte, pois o profissional que faz bem o serviço não precisa de sorte, mas dedicação, cuidado e atenção no que faz. Coloquei película nos vidros do meu carro, segui e a recomendação de não abrir os vidros mais do que o tempo recomendado, pois utilizo ar condicionado do carro e dos 5 vidros, 3 ficaram com bolhas. Ligo lá insistentemente, tanto no telefone fixo cmo no celular, e ninguém atende. Tive que ir pessoalmente fazer a reclamação e combinei de levar o carro hoje. Ligo para confirmar a presença do Magayver, pois teria que sair no meu horário de trabalho para ir la e ninguém atende. Paguei um valor de 60 reais mais caro que cobrado na região que moro (Tucuruvi) pois acreditei que o por ser mais caro o serviço seria bem feito. Estou tendo o transtorno de tert que levar para refazer o serviço, e pior não consigo falar com o rapaz. Não gostei, não recomendo. Estou esperando para o trabalho ser refeito e não consigo falar na loja

I'm going to edit this comment, to say that I managed to take the car and the boy redid my service which was great, no problem and he explained that the bubbles occurred because my glass had glue from another film that they put before the car was sold for me.

I followed the recommendations I found in the comments here on google. But I was not lucky, despite not believing in luck, because the professional who does the job well doesn't need luck, but dedication, care and attention in what he does. I put film on the windows of my car, followed and the recommendation of not opening the windows more than the recommended time, since I use air conditioning in the car and the 5 windows, 3 were with bubbles. I call there insistently, both on the landline and the cell phone, and no one answers. I had to go personally to make the complaint and I agreed to take the car today. I call to confirm Magayver's presence, as I would have to leave during my work hours to go there and no one answers. I paid an amount of 60 reais more expensive than charged in the region where I live (Tucuruvi) because I believed that because the service was more expensive, it would be well done. I am having the disorder of tert that I have to take to redo the service, and worse I cannot speak to the boy. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it. I'm waiting for the job to be redone and I can't speak at the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para colocar superled nos farois altos, remover o insufilm do vidro da frente e arrumar minha antena GPS da multimidia que não estava funcionando.
Um dos pedidos foi se era possivel eles removerem o insufilm da frente sem quebrar a minha tag sem parar mas... para minha surpresa....
Quando peguei o carro, o insufilm foi tirado mas a tag, não estava funcionando, tive que pedir outra, pode ocorrer....
O GPS ele falou que estava funcionando mas continuou da mesma forma, ele apenas achou a antena e expos para fora do painel e pra fechar
Os superleds que pedi pra instalar, ele comentou que não havia espaço na caixa do farol (super compreensivel) mas fiquei bem chateado porque mandei no whatsapp deles os itens e eles basicamente me ignoraram....
Achei legal que entraram em contato comigo sempre preocupando e tentaram falar comigo pra resolver o problema do GPS e esclarecendo o que foi feito
Achei legal da parte deles.... Muito positivo no fim.,
I took my car to put superled on the high beams, remove the insufilm from the front window and fix my multimedia GPS antenna that wasn't working.
One of the requests was if it was possible for them to remove the insufilm from the front without breaking my tag non-stop but... to my surprise....
When I got the car, the insufilm was removed but the tag was not working, I had to ask for another one, it can happen....
The GPS he said was working but it continued the same way, he just found the antenna and exposed it outside the panel and to close
The super leds I asked to install, he commented that there was no space in the headlight box (super understandable) but I was pretty upset because I sent them the items on whatsapp and they basically ignored me....
I thought it was cool that they contacted me always worrying and tried to talk to me to solve the GPS problem and clarify what was done
I thought it was nice of them.... Very positive in the end.,
