★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São ótimos em papo e PÉSSIMOS em serviço. O meu sonho de ter um SUV tornou-se pesadelo. Nos 3 meses de garantia carro ficou mais na oficina do que na minha garagem. Queimou central, estourou correia, problemas com a embreagem, injeção eletrônica e marcha. Estou a 4 meses com o veículo e nesse 1 mês fora da garantia ja gastei mais de 2mil para consertar GAMBIARRAS. Muitos fios soltos, remendados, parte eletrica podre. Mecânica? Peças velhas e incompatíveis com o veículo. Molas traseiras estavam a ponto de me causar acidente, graças a Deus encontrei um mecanico que viu o problema e arrumou antes que o pior acontecesse. No período de garantia carro inumeras vezes levado devido perca de força e super aquecimento, queimou a junta do cabeçote na primeira viagem que fiz. Problemas tambem com arranque. Pasmem! Estava tudo MAQUIADO, talvez coisas simples resolveriam mas fui colocado para trás acreditando na palavra de um vendedor e de um mecanico (que aparentemente fez vista grossa). O carro que deixei na troca, tinha alguns problemas e por isso foi pego a preço de banana, com o argumento que gastariam nele e comprei esse a preço acima da tabela. Espero que não façam o mesmo que fizeram com o meu veículo atual. NÃO COMPREM UM FORD KA PRETO deles sem antes ter certeza que foi consertado. E o pior, vendem uma ideia de honestidade colocando a fé a frente, quando não passam de enganadores. MANTENHAM DISTANCIA DESSE ESTABELECIMENTO!
They’re great at chatting and AWESOME in service. My dream of having an SUV became a nightmare. In the 3 months warranty the car was more in the workshop than in my garage. It burned central, belt burst, problems with the clutch, electronic injection and gear. I am 4 months with the vehicle and in that 1 month out of warranty I spent more than 2 thousand to fix GAMBIARRAS. Many loose wires, patched, rotten electrical part. Mechanics? Old and incompatible parts with the vehicle. Rear springs were about to cause an accident, thank God I found a mechanic who saw the problem and fixed it before the worst happened. During the warranty period, the car was taken countless times due to loss of strength and overheating, the head gasket burned on the first trip I made. Problems also with startup. Amaze! Everything was MAKEUP, maybe simple things would solve it, but I was put behind believing the word of a salesman and a mechanic (who apparently turned a blind eye). The car I left in the exchange, had some problems and so it was taken at a bargain price, with the argument that they would spend on it and I bought this at a price above the table. I hope you don't do the same as you did with my current vehicle. DO NOT BUY A BLACK FORD KA from them without first making sure it has been repaired. Worse, they sell an idea of honesty by putting faith ahead, when they are nothing but deceivers. KEEP DISTANCE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
