★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido feito em 01/07/2020 até hoje nada foi entregue, Vendedor não atende mais minhas ligações nem responde meus zaps. Falei com um Gerente e mais dois supervisores, porém, nada foi resolvido ainda. Hoje tentei mais uma vez resolver a questão, mas o Supervisor alegou que pelo adiantado da hora não seria possível fazer nada a não ser aguardar até segunda feira, vale ressaltar minha ligação foi feita as 16h!
Lamentável o descaso com o cliente!
Order made on 01/07/2020 until today nothing has been delivered, Seller no longer answers my calls or answers my zaps. I spoke with a Manager and two other supervisors, however, nothing has been resolved yet. Today I tried again to resolve the issue, but the Supervisor claimed that at the end of the hour it would not be possible to do anything except wait until Monday, it is worth mentioning my call was made at 16h!
The disregard for the customer is unfortunate!

Very bad service, I made a delivery and it took them 4 hours to give me a receipt, and they charged R$ 60.00 to unload... An absurd zero grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na quinta feira para descarregar as 09;00 da manhã fui descarregar sexta às 07:30 da manhã paguei a descarregar as 07:40 veio liberar o canhoto com o recibo da descarga as16:40 isto é uma falta de respeito com os motoristas depois tem que seguir viagem para são Paulo cansado de tanto esperar a boa vontade de alguns inresponsável espero que tome providências motorista tem bastante serviço para fazer e muita responsabilidades fica minha dica .ok

Sabemos que estamos errados quanto ao ocorrido, mas já estamos a dois meses tentando ajustar, mas ela não permite o acerto por puro prazer. Destinado a direção: Ninguém é insusbituível.
