★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, acompanhei uma pessoa da minha familia em um procedimento de exame de cardiologista. O fato é que a pessoa ja passa um processo altamente desconfortável com o exame Holter 24h, na qual um aparelho de medir os batimentos cardiacos por um período de 24h, e ao retornar no laboratório pra retirar vc é distratado pela funcionária responsável naquele momento de retirar e colher as informações do aparelho, provocando um abalo emocional no paciente, causando batimento cardíacos e alteração na pressão da pessoa, consequentemente lógico o resultado do exame sairá totalmente errado por um despreparo de um atendimento com o paciente naquele momento delicado que já estás passando. Em resumo, a minha avaliação deste estabelecimento, uma estrutura e localização muito boa, mas o atendimento totalmente nota 0000, principalmente nesse setor deste exame, os GESTORES PRECISA URGENTEMENTE REESTRUTURAR OU QUALIFICAR MELHOR O ATENDIMENTO. JAMAIS RECOMENDAREI E MUITO MENOS RETORNAREI LÁ.

The fact is that the person already goes through a highly uncomfortable process with the 24h Holter exam, in which a device to measure the heartbeat for a period of 24h, and when returning to the laboratory to remove, you are distracted by the employee responsible for the removal and collect the information from the device, causing an emotional shock in the patient, causing heartbeat and change in the person's pressure, consequently, of course, the test result will come out totally wrong due to unpreparedness of a service with the patient at that delicate moment you are already going through. In summary, my assessment of this establishment, a very good structure and location, but the service is fully graded 0000, especially in this sector of this exam, MANAGERS URGENTLY NEED TO RESTRUCTURE OR BETTER QUALIFY THE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AND MUCH LESS WILL RETURN THERE.
