Body Expression Superioga is the perfect place to learn and practice the yoga method created by Paulo Junqueira: there are excellent, attentive and dedicated teachers. Super recomendo e por ter gostando do método, faço questão de divulga-lo. Isso sem falar do estúdio e dos profissionais que são nota 10. Instalações ótimas e atendimento muito especial.
I learned about the SuperYoga method at the beginning of the pandemic through online classes and at the first opportunity I went to take a class at the Vila Nova unit.
I highly recommend it and because I like the method, I make a point of promoting it. Not to mention the studio and the professionals who are top 10. Excellent facilities and very special service.

One of the most beautiful and structured Studios in São Paulo. Three large rooms, changing rooms with shower and living and dining space. I love being able to teach in this studio!

O espaço é bem arejado com salas no andar inferior e uma maior, no superior.
A grade de horários também é bem diversa, com aulas inclusive aos domingos pela manhã, um bom diferencial pra quem não tem agenda durante a semana.
Excellent method. Paulo Junqueira developed a line that combines strength, breathing and concentration in a harmonious way, a powerful exercise for the body and mind.
The space is very airy with rooms on the lower floor and a larger one on the upper floor.
The timetable is also very diverse, with classes even on Sunday mornings, a good differential for those who don't have a schedule during the week.
