★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado dia 30.11.2021 comprei carne moída. Deixei na geladeira e, quando fui cozinhar no domingo tinha um cheiro podre, estava estragada. Para fazer a troca, fui muito mal atendido. Não havia um gerente para atender. Fizeram eu pegar pegar toda fila novamente do açougue e depois queriam que eu enfrentasse a fila do caixa... Bom, eu já havia gasto meu tempo, meu combustível e, o mínimo que poderiam fazer era somente trocar o produto sem mais demoras... Sou cliente há muitos anos e dessa vez, pisaram na bola.
On Saturday, 11.30.2021 I bought ground beef. I left it in the fridge and when I went to cook on Sunday it had a rotten smell, it was spoiled. To make the exchange, I was very poorly attended. There was no manager to attend to. They made me pick up the entire queue again from the butcher's and then they wanted me to face the checkout line... Well, I had already wasted my time, my fuel and, the least they could do was just change the product without further delay... I have been a customer for many years and this time, they screwed up.
