Não há atendimento no número informado, já tentei a opção de atendimento pelo comercial, suporte e até financeiro.
Apenas as mensagens da empresa falando dos produtos e até pedindo desculpa pela demora.
O contato pelo site, tb não tive contato.

A maior instafisfação de longe é suporte ténico. Não digo isso pelo atendimento da equipe, que sempre é muito bom.
Mas toda vez que ligamos ficamos no mínimo 30 minutos aguardando atendimento!
Hoje, 21/01/2022 já estamos a mais de 01 hora, isso mesmo UMA HORA aguardando atendimento do suporte técnico, nem mesmo um call center demoram tanto para atender.
Tentamos contato também via WhatsApp mas sem retorno, geralmente o retorno é só depois de horas!
Acredito que a empresa deva dar uma atenção a area de suporte ao cliente, até porque o cliente paga por isso, porque o tempo que demora é sinceramente um TREMENDO ABSURDO, um descaso.

I believe that the company should pay attention to the customer support area, because the customer pays for it, because the time it takes is honestly a TREMENDOUS ABSURD, a neglect.
