Os funcionários também deixam a desejar, principalmente no setor de frios. Não demonstram agilidade, simpatia e carisma deixando o cliente constrangido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em sua inauguração, foi um supermercado promissor para a cidade na parte de estrutura, variedade e preço baixo que até então dependia somente do Supermercado Oliveira que era o único estruturado da época. Com a nova administração, a qualidade do atendimento, o custo benefício, a variedade e o nível dos funcionários caíram para quase zero. O que o Compre Bem no máximo propõe é fazer umas comprinhas de emergência em um Domingo, quando o outro supermercado na proximidade está fechado.
