★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível , telefone informado pelo.google não atende, whatsapp respondido por uma pessoa c sérias dificuldades cognitivas o serviço Delivery não presta pq ela já informa que só trabalha até às 15 horas e que não pode informar o tempo previsto de entrega e a pergunta mais básica ela demora a responder, provavelmente pergunta pra alguém que saiba a resposta dou uma estrela pq não tem a possibilidade de dar menos

Eles não colocam o telefone correto da loja... não olham o chat... o entregador fica apressa, nos distrai e não conferimos as compras... no meu caso, ficou faltando o café. A compra é feita num valor.. eles somam a mais o que é mais pesado.. concordo.. mas os preços não batem com o que tem no Ifood...
Procurei o telefone na empresa.. tem vários.. nenhum completa a ligação... eles parecem que estão fugindo ou se escondendo...
Não recomendo essa empresa e não dou nova chance... O Multi Market da Pedra é mais HONESTO.
Awful. In addition to delaying delivery the previous time by 24 hours, this time an item was missing... They don't put the correct phone number for the store... they don't look at the chat... the delivery guy is in a hurry, distracts us and we don't check shopping... in my case, coffee was missing. The purchase is made at a price.. they add more what is heavier.. I agree.. but the prices don't match what's on Ifood...
I looked for the phone at the company.. there are several.. none complete the call... they seem to be running away or hiding...
I do not recommend this company and do not give it another chance... The Multi Market da Pedra is more HONEST.
