★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava frequentar bastante a loja da Tamoios por ser perto da minha residência.
No dia 11/05/2022 às 10h, fui levar o meu pai para fazer compras e deparei com a colaboradora repondo algumas mercadorias na seção de produtos próximo ao vencimento, próximo e entrada da loja.
Reparei que havia no carrinho várias chocolates da marca Garoto e que a colaboradora estava colocando as etiquetas promocionais nos respectivos produtos. Ao questionar o preço a mesma se recusou a informar e informou que os produtos não estavam disponíveis.
Para minha surpresa, após alguns minutos, apareceram vários outros colaboradores solicitando os respectivos chocolates a colaboradora e ela entregou vários aos outros colaboradores da empresa.
Sei que os colaboradores merecem e não estou questionado o fato de eles terem adquiridos os produtos, mas, não achei justo pois como cliente eu acho que merecia adquirir alguns produtos da promoção também, fique extremamente chateado com a situação !
Não pretendo voltar tão cedo ao supermercado São Vicente uma vez que não prezam pela satisfação dos seus clientes e não indico a ninguém também.
 I used to frequent the Tamoios store a lot because it is close to my home.
On 05/11/2022 at 10 am, I went to take my father shopping and I came across the employee replacing some goods in the products section close to expiration, close to the store entrance.
I noticed that there were several Garoto brand chocolates in the cart and that the employee was putting promotional labels on the respective products. When questioning the price, she refused to inform and informed that the products were not available.
To my surprise, after a few minutes, several other employees appeared asking the employee for their chocolates and she handed several to the other employees of the company.
I know the employees deserve it and I'm not questioning the fact that they purchased the products, but I didn't think it was fair because as a customer I think I deserved to buy some products from the promotion too, be extremely upset about the situation!
I don't intend to go back to São Vicente supermarket anytime soon as they don't care about the satisfaction of their customers and I don't recommend it to anyone either.
