Fiz uma compra, pedi para passar o cartão, foi cobrado duas vezes, a operadora do caixa afirmou que realmente tinha cobrado duas vezes, mais o gerente negava em fazer o estorno que foi cobrado. Só foi resolvido qdo falei de chamar a polícia. Achei um absurdo, o cara negar em devolver o que era meu, mesmo diante das provas que tínhamos no extrato do cartão.???
